A London based Indian chef is making a bid for the world's hottest dish. His dish the 'Bollywood Burner' is being submitted to the Guiness World Records to qualify as the world's hottest curry. The Scoville scale ranks it at 850,000 which is over 100 times hotter than a jalapeno. Patrons are required to sign a disclaimer before ordering the dish.
